Sandy Sposato, M.B.A.

Ms. Sposato, who presently serves as Principal and Insurance Sector Leader for Finance with EY, has over 25 years of financial accounting, analysis, and systems optimization experience, primarily in the insurance industry, including finance transformation, business process redesign, and design authority, as well as systems implementation. Ms. Sposato had 15 years of insurance industry experience prior to consulting. With a highly successful track record as both a consultant and industry project manager, she is responsible for the design and implementation of major finance and change initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to her tenure at EY, Ms. Sposato worked with IBM Global Business Services and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Ms. Sposato earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Marywood University, Scranton, Pa., and holds an M.B.A. degree in corporate finance from Farleigh Dickinson University, Madison, N.J.
